New Theme

When I picked a new theme, I wanted to make sure that it was going to be functional for an e-store but also a blog. I wanted to make sure it was responsive on mobile devices and customizable. After looking through the options within WordPress, I chose the “RebeccaFashion” theme. I liked this theme because it had a more minimalist look to it. The theme details mentioned it is responsive on mobile. It is also compatible with the plugins I have chosen to use. I made some changes to the background by adding a white image that has some texture. I also updated the color palette that is used throughout the site, taking into consideration the readability of the color combinations. I added some widgets for the shopping cart, a mailpoet discount for subscribing, and most recent podcast episode.
